Heated brass parts are forged using 200-ton and 300-ton eccentric presses. The burrs on the forged parts are removed using our eccentric presses, ranging from 45 to 100 tons.
Our modern machining line includes two double-spindle gang-type CNC lathes, CNC sliding-head automatic lathes, CNC lathes, CNC vertical machining centres and an eight-station transfer machine. Thanks to this modern machinery, your products are manufactured quickly and in accordance with high quality standards.
After the forging process, brass materials are sandblasted using high-quality fine sand.
Hot-forging dies are manufactured in-house in our tool and die shop, which is equipped with a conventional lathe and a CNC vertical machining centre.
Components used in coil production are prepared according to the specified technical standards and made ready for production after assembly operations.
After all production and workmanship stages, completed products are inspected to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
